Specially-formulated airplane beer? This phrase gives me pause, but I’m keeping an open mind about the concept: “by using a combination of science and traditional brewing methods…”

Things I learned from Oregonian restaurant critic Michael Russell: (1) if you have to eat Texas barbecue outside of Texas, Portland ain’t a bad place to be, and (2) the as yet little-noticed barbecue truck outside Von Ebert is “rapidly climbing the Portland barbecue rankings.”
